Who pays for shipping?

As stated in our warranty policy, Euro Cap Ltd pays the shipping charges to send products to the European Warranty Department by the dealer. Euro Cap Ltd will absorb the return shipping charges. Shipping charges for all non-warranty repairs are at the owner's expense.

Is normal wear and tear covered by warranty?

We manufacture all of our products to meet our superior standards. However, regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care for your product, it will eventually begin to show age and wear. Euro Cap Ltd warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for two years, but it does not cover normal wear and tear.

How do I return my Euro Cap Ltd faulty product?

For warranty evaluation, the consumer must return the product to the Euro Cap Ltd Dealer where he purchased the product with the original purchase receipt. The authorised Dealer will return the product directly to Euro Cap Ltd Warranty Department. Please ensure that returned products are in clean condition.

I have not bought my item through your Euro Cap Ltd online store. What policy should I refer to?

How can I find out the status of my warranty return?

You will be notified by e-mail once your return has been processed. In case you are a gift recipient, make sure you quote your e-mail address on the consignment note you include in the parcel otherwise notification will be sent to the original purchaser. You can always contact us for further information.

How long will my warranty return take to be processed?

Your return will be processed within approximately fourteen (14) calendar days from the date we have received the goods to when we ship them back to you.  During peak season or if you do not follow our return policy guidelines or if product fault is not clearly marked, that processing may take a little longer but in any case no later than thirty (30) days from the date that we have received the goods.

Will my product by Euro Cap Ltd be repaired, replaced or credited?

If your product by Euro Cap Ltd fails or is damaged due to a manufacturing or workmanship defect, at your option we will repair, replace or credit. If you have requested and we are unable to repair or replace, we will refund the price paid for the Goods.
If in our sole opinion, the goods you have returned to us are not faulty or damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will reject the warranty claim and return the goods to you.  If you should have any questions or doubts regarding your product, please contact us.

What is Euro Cap Ltd warranty?

Euro Cap Ltd products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for two years. During this period, if a product fails or is damaged due to a manufacturing or workmanship defect, we will repair the product without charge, replace it or credit it. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, laundering, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use
